At Tulistimenkatu 4, 44 ARA-regulated apartments will be completed, with tenant selection following ARA’s criteria and income limits. At Tulistimenkatu 6, 56 non-subsidised apartments will be available, where tenant selection is not regulated by ARA. Both properties are smoke-free.

Tulistimenkatu 6 

NON-SUBSIDISED 
The 56 apartments in this development include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging from 28 to 52 square meters. Residents will have access to excellent shared facilities, including a sauna, a laundry room, and free 50M internet access.
