You can submit a fault report or other maintenance request electronically using the form that opens via the button below. Requests to change the name on your apartment door are also made via the electronic service request. In case of an emergency (e.g. water damage), please contact your maintenance company directly. You can find the contact details of the maintenance company in the stairwell of your building and in the Customer Service contact box at the bottom of this page by selecting your home address from the drop-down menu.
