In 2024, Avara participated for the third time in the Great Place to Work® Trust Index™ employee survey and once again achieved excellent results. Based on these results, Avara received the Great Place to Work Certification™ and earned a place on the Finland’s Best Workplaces™ 2025 list in the small organizations category. Avara has been recognized as one of Finland’s Best Workplaces™ since 2023, following its first participation in the Great Place to Work® employee survey in 2022.
Top Ranking Reflects High Trust Index Score
The Great Place to Work Certification™ is a nationally and globally recognized acknowledgment of exceptional employee experience. Organizations with more than 10 employees qualify for certification if the Trust Index™ survey shows that employees feel good about their workplace and trust their employer. This recognition is widely regarded as reliable, as it is based solely on employee feedback.
The Finland’s Best Workplaces™ list is published annually and is based on employee experience measured through the Trust Index™, along with a qualitative evaluation of company culture. The list includes companies that are Great Place to Work Certified™ and have achieved the highest Trust Index scores during the previous year.

96% of Employees Say Avara Is a Great Place to Work
The Trust Index™ survey measures the overall employee experience. To earn the Great Place to Work Certification™, a company must achieve high levels of satisfaction and trust among its workforce—typically, at least 65–70% of employees must view their workplace positively. In Avara’s 2024 survey, a remarkable 96% of employees said that Avara is, overall, a great place to work.
Avara’s strongest survey results in 2024 showed unanimous agreement (100%) in the following areas:
- People are treated equally at Avara regardless of sexual orientation.
- People are treated equally at Avara regardless of ethnic background.
- People are treated equally at Avara regardless of gender.
- Avara provides a physically safe work environment.
- Management trusts people to do a good job without constant supervision.
- New employees feel welcome when joining Avara.
